The first release is adult-only: every organizer, contributor, recipient, project subject, and intended listener must already be at least 18. Birthday projects support whole-number ages from 18 to 150.

No. To minimize third-party data, Kinvoria does not ask for or store a recipient’s or project subject’s full date of birth. Before creating a project, the organizer must truthfully confirm that everyone involved is already an adult, have authority to provide the information, actually give every adult project subject the Recipient and project-subject privacy notice, and promise not to add any minor’s information. Birthday display ages must be whole numbers from 18 to 150.

Creating the page and collecting voices is free. The organizer sees the $4.99 one-time price before inviting anyone and pays only after closing collection and requesting the final radio. There is no subscription.

The first product supports up to 20 ready contributions. Every recording is limited to 90 seconds. A radio can be created with fewer than five voices, but the organizer receives a quality reminder before closing.

The question is editable until the first voice arrives. After that it locks so every contributor answers the same prompt. The organizer can still adjust the name, deadline, and contributor order before payment.

Yes. The event or gift date can be today or any future date, and the collection deadline must be today or earlier than that date. A same-day project still needs at least one valid recording and successful payment before the radio can be built.

Google sign-in lets an organizer find every open project and finished radio from a new browser or device. It replaces relying on one emailed admin link. Contributors still need no account.

Google handles identity verification. The service receives the minimum account identifier, email, display name, and optional profile image needed for sign-in. Voice recordings are not sent to Google.

After signing in, open My radios. A ready project includes its listening page and MP3 download until the 90-day hosted retention period ends. Files already downloaded to your device remain yours.

Return to the sign-in page and try once more, allowing essential cookies for this site. If Google showed an account or permission error, use a different Google account or contact support with the time of the attempt. Never send a password, verification code, or full private link.

No account is required, but contributors must be at least 18. A private invitation opens the question and recording tools directly. Immediately before submitting, the contributor uses one confirmation covering adult status, content rights, the current policies, and that the recording contains no minor’s personal information.

Open the browser’s site settings and allow microphone access, then retry. If recording remains unavailable, use the upload option for an existing MP3, M4A, WAV, WebM, or OGG file no longer than 90 seconds.

Keep the tab open and retry after reconnecting. The browser keeps the captured file and playback URL in the current page, so a network interruption does not force another take. Refreshing or closing the page clears that local recording.

No. Voice cloning and synthetic impersonation are prohibited. Do not use synthetic speech to imitate a real person or attribute words to them. The public sample is a labeled fictional demonstration using generic synthetic voices, not customer audio or a cloned real-person voice.

Yes. After submitting, they receive a separate private removal link. Deletion removes the hosted contribution and can trigger a clean rebuild. A copy already downloaded by another person cannot be remotely recalled.

One private Kinvoria voice gift for any supported occasion with up to 20 voices, private chaptered playback for 90 days, an MP3 download, and one organizer-requested rebuild while the required source recordings remain in their 30-day retention window. Individual source recordings are not offered as routine downloads and become due for background deletion after 30 days; failed attempts are retried.

Do not pay again. Checkout waits for a verified payment-provider confirmation. Return through the private organizer link and check status. If verification ultimately fails, no render begins and retrying does not create a duplicate charge.

The service retries transient failures safely. A final failure keeps source files available during their retention window and presents a manual retry path. A technical retry never uses the included organizer rebuild.

Open the Refund Policy for eligibility and request steps. Use the support link in your Paddle receipt or contact Kinvoria with the order or transaction ID. Do not send card numbers, voice files, or private links.

The private player and hosted final expire. The organizer receives reminders to download the MP3 first. An expired project cannot be reopened, although a person who already downloaded the MP3 may still have their copy.
