Practical details before you invite anyone.
Does every birthday guest need an account?
No app is needed. Contributors open the private link, sign in with Google to prevent duplicate submissions, then record or upload in their browser.
Can I start if the birthday is today?
Yes. The event date can be today, and the collection deadline can also be today. You still need at least one valid recording and successful payment before the final radio can be built, so leave practical time for people to respond.
Can I check everything before the recipient hears it?
Yes. The organizer can review contributor names, remove a contribution, choose the order, and listen to the finished radio before sharing the private listening page or MP3.
Who can use a birthday project?
Kinvoria’s first release is adult-only. The organizer, contributors, recipient, project subjects, and intended listeners must all already be at least 18. Birthday display ages are whole numbers from 18 to 150; a full date of birth is not requested.
How long are the recordings available?
Raw contributions become due for background deletion 30 days after the final radio is created. The finished private radio remains hosted for 90 days, with reminders to download the MP3 before access ends.
